General Questions
Q: Who is CardDogTCG?
CardDogTCG is an online store dedicated to sealed Pokémon TCG products. We specialize in booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, loose booster packs, sleeved booster packs, collector boxes, tins, and more. Our mission is to provide collectors with authentic products at fair prices while maintaining transparency and trust.
Q: Are your products factory sealed?
Yes, every item we sell is factory sealed and comes directly from trusted distributors or wholesalers. We never reseal or tamper with product packaging.
Q: Do you sell authentic Pokémon TCG products?
Yes. All of our products are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG. We back this with our Authenticity Guarantee.
Q: Do you restock sold out items?
Sometimes. Pokemon products that are out of rotation are harder to restock but we usually restock in demand sets. Many products are limited release, but we do restock when distributor allocations allow. Sign up for our email list or join our Discord community for restock alerts.
Shipping and Handling
Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, shipping may take up to 3–4 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Q: How much is shipping and do you offer free shipping?
We offer competitive flat rate shipping at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. All of our shipping via 3rd parties like USPS, UPS, FedEX is shipped with tracking.
Q: How do you package sealed products?
We ship our products with care, we do our best to ensure that products are shipped securely and safely. We always have the collector in mind.
Q: What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
All orders include tracking. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist immediately.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
Please review our return policy.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or imperfect box?
If you specifically ordered from our “Mint Condition” inventory and the product arrives damaged, contact us right away. If you purchased from our “Scratch & Dent” section, minor packaging imperfections are expected and reflected in the discounted price.
Q: Do you buy back or trade Pokémon products?
Yes. If you have a collection that you are trying to sell or trade, please contact support@carddogtcg.com
Product Authenticity
Q: How can I be sure your products are not fake?
We source exclusively from trusted distributors. We also offer an Authenticity Guarantee: if any product you purchase from us is ever proven counterfeit, you will receive a full refund plus compensation.
Q: What is the Scratch & Dent section?
Scratch & Dent items are sealed Pokémon products with cosmetic imperfections such as dents, rips, or creases on the packaging. They remain sealed, authentic, and collectible, but are sold at a slightly reduced price.
Q: Do you weigh loose booster packs?
No. All sealed product is sold exactly as we receive it from distributors.
Q: Can I pre-order new releases?
Yes. When upcoming sets are allocated to us, we list them for pre-order. Orders are shipped once the pre-ordered products arrive at our warehouse. Availability is limited, so pre-orders are first come, first served.
Collectors’ Questions
Q: Can sealed products be graded?
Yes. Grading services such as PSA and CGC accept sealed products such as booster packs for grading. Booster boxes, ETBs, tins, etc are currently not accepted for grading.
Q: Do you sell single Pokemon cards?
Sometimes. At the moment we are focused on sealed Pokemon products.
Q: How do I join the CardDogTCG community?
