Who is CardDogTCG?
CardDogTCG is an online store dedicated to sealed Pokémon and One Piece TCG products. We specialize in booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, loose booster packs, sleeved booster packs, collector boxes, tins, and more. Our mission is to provide collectors with authentic products at fair prices while maintaining transparency and trust.
Are your products factory sealed?
Yes, every item we sell is factory sealed and comes directly from trusted distributors or wholesalers. We never reseal or tamper with product packaging.
Do you sell authentic Pokémon TCG products?
Yes. All of our products are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG, backed by our Authenticity Guarantee.
Do you restock sold out items?
Sometimes. Pokémon products that are out of rotation are harder to restock, but we usually restock in-demand sets when distributor allocations allow. Sign up for our email list or join our Discord for restock alerts.
Shipping & Handling
How quickly do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, shipping may take up to 3–4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
When will my preorder ship?
We aim to ship preorders to arrive on or shortly after the official release date. We are a prerelease store for certain games and may ship earlier for those releases. Per manufacturer policies, we cannot deliver a product before its street date.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
We offer competitive flat rate shipping at checkout. Orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. All shipments via USPS, UPS, or FedEx include tracking.
How do you package sealed products?
We ship our products with care and do our best to ensure everything arrives securely. We always have the collector in mind.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
We use third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier. Please ensure your order is delivered to a secure location. We are not liable for package theft or transit damage, but we encourage you to work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

What if I receive a damaged or imperfect box?
If you ordered from our "Mint Condition" inventory and the product arrives damaged, contact us right away. If you purchased from our "Scratch & Dent" section, minor packaging imperfections are expected and reflected in the discounted price.
Do you buy back or trade Pokémon products?
Yes. If you have a collection you'd like to sell or trade, please contact us at support@carddogtcg.com.
Product Authenticity
How can I be sure your products are not fake?
We source exclusively from trusted distributors and back every purchase with our Authenticity Guarantee. If any product you purchase from us is ever proven counterfeit, you will receive a full refund plus additional compensation.
What is the Scratch & Dent section?
Scratch & Dent items are sealed Pokémon products with cosmetic imperfections such as dents, rips, or creases on the packaging. They remain sealed, authentic, and collectible, but are sold at a slightly reduced price.
Do you weigh loose booster packs?
No. All sealed product is sold exactly as we receive it from our distributors.
Can I pre-order new releases?
Yes. When upcoming sets are allocated to us, we list them for pre-order. Orders ship once products arrive at our warehouse. Availability is limited, so pre-orders are first come, first served.
Collectors
Can sealed products be graded?
Yes. Grading services such as PSA and CGC accept sealed products like booster packs. Booster boxes, ETBs, and tins are currently not accepted for grading.
What are Trainer Tokens?
Trainer Tokens are digital rewards that accumulate and can be redeemed for store credit on future orders. You earn 1 Trainer Token for every $1 spent.
How do I redeem Trainer Tokens?
Log into your CardDogTCG account and click the Rewards popup in the lower right corner of any page. If you have available rewards, click "Your Rewards" to view eligible redemptions. You'll receive a discount code to apply at checkout.
Do you sell single Pokémon cards?
Sometimes. At the moment we are primarily focused on sealed Pokémon products.
How do I join the CardDogTCG community?
