Thank you for shopping at CardDogTCG! We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with returning items purchased from our online store.

General Returns and Refunds:

  1. All sales are final for sealed products including, but not limited to, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, Tins, and Collection Boxes. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless the product received is damaged during shipping/transit or does not match the item description.

  2. Graded Cards and Singles are non-refundable, except in cases where the received item does not match the item description or was damaged during shipping/transit. In such cases, please follow the instructions outlined below in the "Process for Returning Items" section.

  3. There will be a 10% fee on any returns or order cancelations, this includes orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped.

    Returns must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered.

    There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.

  4. If any items are missing from your order, please send an email to support@carddogtcg.com along with photo evidence of both the outer box and the contents inside. Orders without evidence cannot be refunded. 

Process for Returning Items:

If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match the item description, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item(s) via email at support@carddogtcg.com or through our website's contact form. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1-3 business days. If additional information is required, we may reach out to you for further clarification.

  3. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during return shipping.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the issue and its condition. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the item or a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund process may take several business days to complete, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team will not be accepted, and the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to ensure that they are delivered to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Please note that any tampering with the sealed products, such as opening booster packs or breaking seals, will render them ineligible for return or refund.

  • We use third-party shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss and damage will pass onto the Buyer when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have an order delivered to a secure location to try and mitigate package theft. We are not liable for package theft and damage in transit. If theft or damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to try and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any and all issues.
  • Our return policy only applies to purchases made directly through the CardDogTCG.com store. If you purchased an item from a third-party seller or another platform, please refer to their specific return policy.

We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time, without prior notice. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.
