PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All pricing is listed in USD.

Our website accepts all major credit cards as an acceptable method of payment.

Sometimes we will temporarily discount a product's price or run promotions on certain product lines. These changes are time-sensitive and we reserve the right to end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a sale begins or after the expiration will not be eligible for the promotional rate.

CardDogTCG reserves the right to cancel any orders effected by a website error, with no further obligations to you, even after an order confirmation has been received. In the case that payment has already being received, we will contact you via email regarding the error and will process a full refund for the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For collectible card games (including but not limited to: Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, One Piece, Lorcana, Flesh & Blood, etc.), we do not allow for cancellations or returns. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

For sealed boxes, single cards, and TCG orders: Due to price fluctuations in the TCG Market, we cannot accept returns for single cards or sealed product. 

Miniatures and Supplies: We allow for cancellations of any miniature or supply order that has not shipped and that is not a Pre-Order or New Release product. All cancellations are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. This fee is waived if you elect to receive store credit in-lieu of a refund. You will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the items, less taxes and fees, for use on any products in our store!

CardDogTCG will accept returns on many unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. CardDogTCG does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. For New Release and Pre-Order products we do not allow refunds or returns. Due to price fluctuations, we do not accept returns for sports cards or collectible card games (Magic, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, etc).
