Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Our warehouse is located in Boca Raton, Florida and transit time varies based on destination.
For orders containing Pre-Release product(s): We fulfill orders once all items in the order are released. If you order products with multiple release dates and need to receive them as soon as they each become available, please place each order separately according to their respective release dates.

Tracking Information
Shipping confirmation will be emailed at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States qualify for flat rate shipping. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote if you need assistance with shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
